We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge. Cancellations less than 6 hours prior to the appointment or No Call/No Show's would result in a 100% service charge. Multiple infractions will require 100% prepayment of all services. No refunds.
