cancellation policy:
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or No Call/No Show's would result in a 75% service charge. Multiple infractions will require 100% prepayment of all services. No refunds.

All gift certificates and service packages have a promotional value expiration of 1 year from date of purchase. Post expiration date it will turn into a dollar amount that can be used towards services/products. If you do not wish to use your GC for what it is written for you may use the dollar amount it was purchased for towards the service you desire.
